As Wedding Officiants our mission is to legally authorized and perform marriage ceremonies.
Our role is to lead the wedding ceremony and to legally pronounce the couple as married according to the laws of the state where the wedding takes place. We will work with the couple prior to the wedding to discuss the structure of the ceremony, including any special readings, vows, or traditions that the couple would like to incorporate.
In addition, we will also manage completing and filing the marriage license with the appropriate government agency. This includes ensuring that all required information is included on the marriage license, signing the license, and sending it within the time specified by the state.
